Joe Easton is a real estate investor and developer specializing in revitalization of existing buildings and properties. His previous experience was in event and venue promotion and management.
Joe is a Missoula native with degrees from the University of Oregon (BA, English, ’90) and the University of Montana (MBA, ’02). Through his investment company, 10M investments, Inc. he has developed single-family, condo, commercial, and rehab projects. Joe’s targeted investments are adaptive re-use of existing buildings, or the addition of new structures within existing infrastructure and services.
Joe is a member of the Missoula County Airport Authority Board, on the board of the homeWord (a leader in sustainable low-income housing), and a member of the Missoula County Board of Adjustment. In a previous career as an Event Producer, Joe produced or assisted on such wide ranging events as an Airshow, a Christmas lights tour, concerts, minor league baseball games, and a cycle tour. He and his wife, Erin have a daughter, Fiona Bea.
